How it all started…
This journey started back in 2018 with a simple and not revolutionary idea. I was studying electrical engineering in Germany and working as an intern at Bosch in Stuttgart. A big part of the team was outsourced from far away – a different continent even.

The workflow proved to be more complicated than I’d like to admit. A large language barrier, work ethic and a substantial time difference made collaboration harder than it should be. I thought that this can be done better and that the problem is not the outsourcing itself.

Fast forward to 2020 in the midst of the pandemic. I was in the last year of my master studies at the KIT in Karlsruhe and working remotely from my hometown Mostar. Within a few months, my student job transformed into a new company with its first customer secured.
